BoviClock and its developers shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed breeding opportunities, false positives/negatives in pregnancy detection, unpredicted calving events, dystocia (difficult birth), stillbirths, or financial losses related to herd management. Users acknowledge that calving prediction is an estimation and continuous physical monitoring is required.
